API Documentation

Get started with our uncensored AI chatbot API using standard OpenAI-compatible endpoints. Authenticate with your API key and send requests to the direct endpoint for immediate, unrestricted responses.

Authentication and base URL

The API key authenticates every request. Pass it in the Authorization header as a Bearer token. All calls route through the base URL https://api.chatbotaiunrestricted.com/v1. This structure mirrors the OpenAI standard, allowing you to swap in existing SDKs without rewriting your integration logic.

Sign up via Google or email to receive your key instantly. No phone number is required. The key remains valid until you revoke it. Errors do not consume your prepaid credit, ensuring you only pay for actual token usage.

  • Header: Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY
  • Base URL: https://api.chatbotaiunrestricted.com/v1

POST /v1/chat/completions

The POST /v1/chat/completions endpoint processes your input and returns text output. Send a JSON body with the model set to uncensored and your messages array. The model responds without standard content filters for lawful adult use, making it ideal for creative writing or direct Q&A.

Set max_tokens to control output length. The default is 2,048 tokens. You can request up to 16,000 tokens per request. Context window supports 100,000 tokens total for prompt and completion combined.

Python SDK integration

Use the official openai Python package to interact with the API. Configure the client with your API key and the custom base URL. This allows you to leverage existing code structures while accessing the uncensored model.

Install the package via pip and initialize the client. Pass messages as a list of dictionaries. The response object contains the generated text in choices[0].message.content. Handle exceptions to manage rate limits or authentication errors gracefully.

  • Package: openai
  • Base URL: Custom configuration required

Node SDK integration

The Node.js SDK follows the same configuration pattern. Set the apiKey and baseURL properties. This ensures your requests reach the correct endpoint. Use the chat.completions.create method to send messages.

The response structure matches the OpenAI format. Extract the content from the first choice. This approach works with both CommonJS and ES modules. It provides a straightforward way to integrate unrestricted AI into your Node applications.

Streaming with Server-Sent Events

Enable streaming by setting stream: true in your request. The API returns Server-Sent Events (SSE) instead of a single JSON object. Each chunk contains a partial response. This reduces perceived latency for long outputs.

Parse the SSE stream to accumulate the final text. The last chunk includes the token usage statistics. This feature is useful for real-time chat interfaces. It allows users to see responses as they are generated, rather than waiting for the entire completion.

Error handling and token usage

Handle errors by checking the HTTP status code. A 401 indicates an invalid or missing API key. A 402 means your prepaid credit is exhausted. A 429 signals that you have exceeded the rate limit of 300 requests per minute. Errors do not consume tokens.

The API key is limited to one active key per account. A new key replaces the old one. Request bodies must not exceed 8 MB. Token usage is reported in the final SSE chunk during streaming. Prepaid credit never expires, so you can top up when needed.

Rate limits and constraints

Each API key is limited to 300 requests per minute. You can have 8 concurrent requests at the same time. The maximum output is 16,000 tokens per request. The context window supports 100,000 tokens total.

These limits ensure stable performance for all users. If you exceed the rate limit, you will receive a 429 error. Wait before retrying. The prepaid credit system means you only pay for what you use. Crypto payments allow for easy top-ups with USDT or USDC.

const resp = await client.chat.completions.create({

console.log(resp.choices[0].message.content);

Streaming

stream = client.chat.completions.create(

    messages=[{"role": "user", "content": "Tell the story in second person."}],
    stream=True,
)
for chunk in stream:

Common questions

What is the cost per token for the uncensored AI chatbot API?

The price is $0.15 per 1 million input tokens and $0.50 per 1 million output tokens. You pay only for actual usage, and errors are free. Prepaid credit never expires, so you can top up whenever you need more capacity.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Crypto only: USDT on TRC20 or USDC on Base, any whole amount from $20 to $500. Bonus credit applies from $50.

Does the model refuse content?

The model is uncensored and does not refuse lawful adult, fictional, or controversial topics. However, sexual content involving minors is always refused. This is a hard limit that applies to all requests regardless of the prompt.
